Your future challenges:
- As Tribe Lead G&A, you will be responsible for Finance, Legal, Internal IT, People, Culture & Workplace across all legal entities in Germany, Israel and Canada.
- Your focus is on overall financial responsibility and the development of a long-term financial strategy for growth and profitability.
- Your responsibilities will also include investor relations, financial planning and analysis as well as leading M&A activities and fundraising.
- You will prepare, monitor and update financial forecasts and budgets and optimize the capital structure to support growth initiatives.
- You ensure compliance with financial reporting according to local standards, identify, assess and manage financial risks and are responsible for communication with banks, investors and auditors.
- You will participate in strategic decisions and contribute to the overall development of the company as a member of the Management Board. Your Skills:
- You have a university degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
- You have several years of leadership experience in finance, preferably in a global context, and have advanced knowledge of mergers & acquisitions, risk management and compliance.
- Your comprehensive expertise covers the professional application of Netsuite.
- Your skills include a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English and the use of modern financial technologies to improve processes. In addition, you will have a strategic mindset and the ability to align financial strategy with business objectives.
