Your future challenges:
Location: Remote (Germany based)
Focus: DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Secondary focus: Rest of EU
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth across the European market, with a strong focus on the DACH region. This role is critical to expanding our footprint in the B2B SaaS cybersecurity space by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects.
You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers in IT, Security, Risk, and Executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Identifyand prospect target accounts across DACH and broader EU markets
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buying intent
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Research accounts to understand structure, security maturity, and key stakeholders
- MaintainaccurateCRM records and pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns tailored to regional markets
- Provide market feedback on messaging, positioning, and competitive landscape
Your Skills:
- 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience in cybersecurity, IT, compliance, or technical SaaS strongly preferred
- Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding activity and meeting targets
- Strong prospecting and cold outreach capabilities
- Ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured, disciplined, and data-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Fluent German (required),Fluent English (required), Additional EU language (Dutch, French, Swedish, Danish, etc.) is a strong plus
