Your future challenges:

As Head of New Logo, you own Link11’s entire new-business motion across the DACH region, plus selected opportunities in the Non-DACH / EU market. You lead a high-performing new-logo team of Account Executives, SDRs and Partner Management, establish a data-driven sales methodology, and bring our cybersecurity solutions to new customers at decision-maker level. You report directly to the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer).

  • New Logo leadership: Disciplinary and functional leadership of a 5-person AE team (DACH focus, complemented by Non-DACH / EU opportunities) – one of these positions as Account Executive & Account Manager for the DACH Public Sector – as well as a 3-person SDR team.
  • Channel & partner: Leadership of the DACH Partner Manager and strategic development of channel sales based on the “Direct Touch, Indirect Sales” principle.
  • Sales methodology: Operationally steering the team with modern frameworks such as MEDDPICC – embedding a consistent, transparent sales system across the entire funnel.
  • Pipeline & forecast: Ownership of Pipeline Generation (PipeGen), accurate forecasting and consistent deal-closing, including robust internal controlling of the relevant KPIs.
  • Sales cycle ownership: Ensuring fast ICP qualification and discovery – from first touchpoint to signed contract.
  • Representation: A confident, trust-building presence with customers and partners at C-level and security-leader level.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Close alignment with Marketing (Demand Gen), Finance & Legal, Solution Engineering (Pre-Sales) and Customer Success Management (Post-Sales).
  • Enablement & culture: Coaching and developing the team; building a culture of accountability, speed and customer-centricity.
  • Go-to-market: Co-shaping the new-logo GTM strategy for the DACH region and selected EU markets.

Your Skills:

  • Track record: Several years of proven success in B2B software / SaaS sales – ideally in the cybersecurity / IT-security space.
  • Leadership: Demonstrable leadership experience with AE and/or SDR teams and a verifiable record of quota attainment at both team and individual level.
  • Methodology: Deep understanding of modern sales frameworks – particularly MEDDPICC – and experience implementing and steering them operationally.
  • Channel expertise: Experience in partner / channel sales and with the “Direct Touch, Indirect Sales” model.
  • Operational excellence: Strong in PipeGen, forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene; data-driven steering via a modern CRM (e.g. Salesforce / HubSpot).
  • Sales skills: Fast ICP qualification and structured discovery; excellent communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level.
  • Mindset: Hands-on attitude, high execution speed and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Languages: Business-fluent German and English (DACH and EU business).
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within DACH/EU.
  • Plus: Experience in DACH public-sector sales and an understanding of the relevant procurement processes.
