Are there any usage limits or quotas?
No. All our packages, governed by the Link11 Master Service Agreement (MSA), include unlimited DDoS protection without traffic caps, throttling, or usage-based billing. You can operate at scale without worrying about hidden limits or overage charges.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, Link11 offers flexible cancellation terms. For monthly subscriptions, cancellations can be submitted at any time with a one-month notice period; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billing month. For annual plans, we require a three-month notice period before the next anniversary date. In either case, cancellations must be submitted by email to your contact person or per contact form.

How is billing handled (monthly or annually)?
You can choose between monthly and annual billing cycles. Monthly customers receive an initial pro-rata invoice to cover the days until the end of the current month, followed by full calendar-month invoices. Annual customers are billed upfront for the full twelve-month period.

Customers can choose where their data is stored during the onboarding process. We offer regional storage options in Germany, Europe, North America, Asian Pacific — ensuring flexibility in meeting your data residency and compliance needs

Can I change my plan later?
Yes, of course. You can request an upgrade to a higher-value plan at any time with at least 14 days’ notice to the next calendar month. The same notice periods and dates apply to downgrades as to cancellations—one month for monthly contracts and three months for annual contracts. To initiate a change, please contact your representative or get in touch with us using the contact form.

What support do I get?
All customers receive access to Link11’s global 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). The support experience differs by plan level — while Essential and Advanced plans include access to documentation and general support, Enterprise customers benefit from optional named Technical Account Managers (TAMs), onboarding services, and priority incident handling with SLA-backed response times.

What payment methods are supported?
We accept all major credit cards for our self-service plans. For enterprise-level engagements, we also support wire transfers and ACH payments. If you require a custom invoice or procurement flow, our finance team is happy to assist.

Is there a free trial? How does it work?
Currently, we do not offer an automatic free trial for self-service plans. However, you can request a trial discount by contacting us via our contact form. Please include your use case and any relevant details in your request.
