Your future challenges:
- Guide and support our international customers throughout their journey to maximize the benefits of our security products, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
- Manage onboarding processes and resolving complex web security customer issues.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Development teams to efficiently address customer requirements and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage and resolve complex customer tickets related to web security and networking technologies.
- Have an eye on our monitoring system and start escalations
- Participate in customer meetings to nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring long-term partnership success.
- Proactively engage with customers throughout the relationship lifecycle to continually enhance service quality.
Your Skills:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
- Experience managing complex projects and working with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, written and spoken.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and strong work ethic.
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ideally, experience with cybersecurity implementation projects.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts, especially BGP routing, TCP/IP, and Internet protocols.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Linux system administration and web/proxy server management (NGINX).
- Comfortable working in a global 24/7/365 environment with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
