Your future challenges:
- Drive the continued development of our high-performance DDoS defense systems and help make the Internet a safer place.
- Analyze existing and emerging attack vectors, design effective mitigation strategies, and protect our customers from malicious traffic.
- Architect, build, and operate globally distributed software systems that process and classify large volumes of Internet traffic in real time.
- Contribute to a performance-critical environment where efficiency, scalability, and reliability matter every day.
Your Skills:
- StrongproficiencyinC, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Deep understanding of low-level programming concepts such aspointers,memory management,locks, andthreads.
- Solid grasp of common programming paradigms, data structures, and algorithms; ideally, you are also familiar withlock-free / lockless programmingconcepts.
- Passion for debugging complex systems and solving intricate technical challenges — ideally using tools such asgdb,valgrind, or similar.
- A mindset geared toward sharing knowledge, learning continuously, and contributing to technical discussions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while communicating requirements, challenges, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills inEnglishandGerman.
