Deine zukünftigen Herausforderungen:

We are looking for a data-driven, process-oriented Head of Growth / Team Lead SDR to own and accelerate our pipeline engine. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales Development, Account Executives, Channel Managers, and RevOps. 
You will lead a small, high-performing SDR team (2–3 reps) while owning the end-to-end flow from MQL to SQL and ensuring high-quality pipeline creation in a fast-growing B2B SaaS cybersecurity environment. 
This is not just a team lead role — it’s a growth operator position. You will architect processes, ensure execution excellence, drive ABM alignment, and provide visibility into pipeline health and conversion velocity. 

Your Responsibilities:

1. Pipeline & Growth Acceleration
Own MQL-to-SQL conversion, ensure fast inbound follow-up, identify funnel bottlenecks, and steer pipeline development in close partnership with AEs and Channel Managers.

2. Cross-Functional Orchestration
Act as the operational link between Marketing, SDRs, AEs, Channel and RevOps to align ABM execution, messaging, targeting, sequencing, reporting, and funnel optimization.

3. RevOps & Reporting
Support CRO and VP Sales with pipeline and growth reporting, maintain Salesforce dashboards, analyze funnel and SDR performance, and ensure CRM data quality.

4. SDR Team Leadership
Lead and develop a small SDR team, set KPIs, run coaching and pipeline reviews, and build scalable onboarding and enablement processes.

5. Modern Go-To-Market Stack
Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM & Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 6sense).

Deine Skills:

  • 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or complex enterprise tech
  • Proven experience leading SDR/BDR teamsboth inEnglish and German language
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and funnel metrics
  • Experience working in ABM-driven environments
  • Hands-onRevOpsexposure (reporting, dashboards, CRM processes)
  • Strong analytical mindset with operational rigor
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting executive reporting (VP Sales, CRO level)
