Deine zukünftigen Herausforderungen:
- Take ownership of the full product lifecycle – from strategic planning to building the roadmap and driving execution
- Lead our Application Security (WAAP) product and shape its direction to meet evolving customer needs and market demands
- Translate complex customer and prospect inputs into actionable product strategies and features
- Identify and define product opportunities by analyzing telemetry data, monitoring market trends, and evaluating competitive landscapes
- Collaborate closely with R&D, UX, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success across geographies to align product direction
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize features, and justify decisions based on data
- Continuously assess why we are winning or losing in the market – and adapt products and internal processes accordingly
- Communicate and champion the product vision across the organization, from leadership to front-line teams
- Partner with Product Marketing to define clear positioning and messaging
- Enable Sales and Pre-Sales teams by providing training on roadmap and new product offerings
- Act as the internal domain expert for your product
Deine Skills:
- 4+ years of B2B product management experience with end-to-end ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Proven success in defining and launching products, ideally in the areas of Application Security, Cloud Security, Networking, or Web Infrastructure
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Experience gathering insights from customers and data to drive product decisions under uncertainty
- Track record of defining and prioritizing user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business justification
- Comfortable leading without formal authority in cross-functional, distributed teams
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, balancing qualitative and quantitative input
- High degree of ownership, drive, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per quarter
