Your future challenges:

Working hours: 15–20 hours/week | Start: As soon as possible

You don’t just want to learn Finance from textbooks – you want to get your hands dirty? Perfect. With us, you’ll gain real hands-on experience and deep insights into the financial engine room of a growing company. Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Support in preparing monthly and quarterly closings – learn what really matters in reporting

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes – we’ll show you how it works in practice

• Get involved in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Gain insight and actively contribute to our M&A activities – from data preparation to valuation inputs

• Work on ad-hoc analysis, prepare presentations, and contribute your own ideas

• Most importantly: you’re not just a helper – you’re part of the team, also in collaboration with our international colleagues

Your Skills:

• You’re currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field

• You have a passion for numbers and how businesses tick – some first practical experience is a plus

• You know your way around Excel, and ideally you’ve seen NetSuite or another ERP system before

• You work reliably, independently, and like to bring structure into complexity

• You speak German fluently and have solid English skills (at least B2) – you’ll use both regularly

• Most of all, you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to take on real responsibility rather than just doing copy runs
