Your future challenges:

• You are responsible for financial statements according to IFRS and local standards, including consolidation.
• You are responsible for overseeing the insourcing of all our global bookkeeping activities.
• You are in charge of global bookkeeping and maintain a clear financial overview.
• You prepare financial data and support decision-making processes.
• You coordinate intercompany reconciliations and tax-related processes.
• You optimize and automate financial processes to increase efficiency.
• You lead financial projects and collaborate closely with international teams.
• You report directly to our CFO.

Your Skills:

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or a comparable qualification.
• You bring 4-7 years of experience in finance, controlling, bookkeeping or auditing.
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• You analyze financial data and present results clearly and concisely.
• You have experience in project management and leading financial projects.
• You are fluent in German and English; Hebrew is a plus.
• You work independently, are team-oriented, and highly committed.
• You communicate clearly, act proactively, and can explain complex financial topics in an understandable way.
