Link11 has won this year’s Cloud Champion Award as part of the Main Software 50 Germany ranking. The award for Link11 was presented on November 30, 2022, in Duesseldorf. As part of the first award ceremony in Germany, the Dutch software investors Main Capital Partners, selected a total of five award winners. The top 3 of the overall ranking were recognized with the Overall Champion Award, the company with the highest revenue growth with the Highest Growth Award and the company with the highest cloud-based revenue between 2020 and 2021 with the Cloud Champion Award.
Link11 achieved 95% of its revenue cloud-based between 2020 and 2021, representing cloud revenue growth of 65%. The Frankfurt-based cybersecurity company thus outperformed its competitors. Software companies in the Netherlands have already been awarded prizes as part of the Main Software 50 ranking since 2012. By expanding their initiative to Germany, software investors Main Capital Partners want to highlight the importance of the enterprise software industry over here as well. After all, the economic and social influence of software companies is often underestimated even in Germany.
Participating companies are evaluated based on seven objective business metrics. These include revenue, revenue growth, profitability, cloud/SaaS service revenue, recurring revenue, international revenue, and revenue from partner channels. The results are verified by the independent research institute Fraunhofer.
