Deine zukünftigen Herausforderungen:
Guide and support our international customers along their entire journey – from onboarding to daily operations – to ensure they gain the full value from our security products.
Take ownership of customer onboarding processes and resolve complex web security issues with precision and care.
Act as a key liaison between customers and our internal teams – Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Development – to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer outcomes.
Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues related to web security and networking.
Apply and refine our monitoring strategies using tools like Uptrends and Zabbix.
Represent our technical expertise in customer meetings and handle support incidents with professionalism and confidence.
Deine Skills:
3–4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
Proven success working with enterprise-level clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
Deep customer empathy and a solution-focused mindset.
Solid hands-on experience handling complex cybersecurity tickets and mitigating attacks.
Expertise in WAF/WAAP technologies and web security concepts.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies, especially BGP routing, TCP/IP, and core Internet protocols.
Intermediate to advanced Linux system administration skills, including NGINX or other web/proxy servers.
Comfortable working in a global 24/7/365 environment and able to stay focused and prioritize under pressure.
